The success of Dream Circles rely on Sacred Contracts *

Sacred Contracts in our circles involve trust, respect, and commitment to each others dreamwork.

It’s a compassionate space for sharing dreams and fostering healing through collective empathy.

Sacred Tenet

of Empty Space

Each participant adds their light to the circle, creating a tapestry of growth and support.

Our rituals foster connection with each other and the deeper threads that link us to the universe and ourselves. In Dream Circles, we transform subconscious content into Clear Guidance and spiritual awakening.

Our commitment ensures every voice is heard, every dream valued, and every soul uplifted, weaving hope, healing, and interconnectedness that ripples beyond our circle.

Handle Emotional Triggers

Our commitment to the circle is to address our triggers and dysregulation. While this can happen in a circle, with practice and the right tools, dysregulation during a Dream Circle is unlikely.

Things to keep in mind:

  • If you become triggered and wish to take a breather, please let me know where you are going before leaving...

  • I will come and check on you when possible within 5 mins - if you do not return I will make an attempt to check in,

  • please do not stray too far for the sake of the smooth running of the group and your own safety.

5 Sacred Rules of Dream Club

  • RULE 1: I FOLLOW THE SACRED CONDUCT OF CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Our first commitment is that we do not discuss the content of circles outside of them. This unwritten rule is the foundation of the trust that members build between them. It's a sacred place where the boundaries between our dreamscape and conscious life are free to relax, allowing for genuine connection and personal growth. This means:

    1. No topics or discussion from the circle are repeated outside the circle

    2. The identities of all members of the group stay private

    3. All details about the group process are not discussed or revealed.

    4. This confidentiality extends to all matters the facilitator shares with the group

    SUBGROUPS

A Subgroup is a relationship that exists outside the group, such as a friendship, someone you know outside the circle. Within the circle you must avoid excluding others via your subgroup. It is also not recommended that circles be discussed with other participants outside of circle

    SOCIAL MEDIA
Social Media posts about your attendance at Dream Club may be shared if they meet the following criteria:

    • They do not share the content, processes or discussion of the circle.

    • They do not share the participation of other members of the circle

  • RULE 2: I AM LIKE YOU, NEITHER BIGGER NOR SMALLER

THE CONCEPT OF BIGGER-SMALLER IN DREAM CLUB

Within Dream Club we are working on bringing an EMPTY SPACE intention to our group. Empty Space acknowledges "I hold space for you, I have no intention to help, I don't know if I can help. I am like you, neither bigger nor smaller. I am present and I open to something bigger.

To be Bigger is to act with a sense of superiority or to assume a position of authority, without the group's or individual members' consent.

This can happen when unintentionally positioning oneself as an expert, speaking for others, imposing psychic interpretations on others, directly interpreting others' dreams or offering unsolicited advice.

This is not welcome in Dream Club.

    Within Dream Club:

    • Direct Dream interpretation of others is not practiced in Dream Club. An example would be a statement like"The frog in your dream is your mother in law," or "This dream is telling you you should leave your husband"

    • Imposing psychic insights on others is not practiced in Dream Club. An example would of this be a statement like "When I step into this character in your dream, I get an impression you are angry...," or "When I hear this dream, I feel like someone you love is going to get sick..." or "When I work with you, I get a sense your chakras are out of balance..."

IF IN DOUBT OF WHAT TO SAY, STICK TO BODY SCANNING & TRACKING FELT SENSE ...

  • RULE 3: MY FACILITATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GROUP SAFETY, COHESION & GROWTH, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY EMOTIONAL WELLBEING & PERSONAL GROWTH

In Dream Club, the facilitator is responsible for the safety and growth of members through the activities within the circle, creating a harmonious experience for members working with the wisdom of their dreams. Each individual member is responsible for managing their emotional first aid, overall well-being, and personal growth.

To support members, I provide tools and education on emotional first aid techniques, mindfulness practices, and self-care strategies in the following pages. These tools are designed to enhance individual coping mechanisms and build a resilient community. This means that each member comes equipped having done the learning that supports their capacity to regulate within the circle, manage any triggers that come up for them through the emotional first aid tools and take care of their wellbeing pre and post group.

The below video explains ways to recognise when you may be dysregulated and triggered, and quick interventions to settle yourself. There are many more wonderful strategies supporting your sense of embodiment, grounding, spiritual hygiene and protection, and emotional safety. Please begin your journey by watching the video on recognising and responding to triggers below

  • RULE 4: WHATS MINE IS MINE, WHATS YOURS IS YOURS

When spiritual sensitives come together, there can be some tendency to surrogate or overlap. When our energetic or emotional boundaries blur, confusion results. This is a common thing within circles such as this with highly empathic people who have often become parentified through their formative years, meaning they have learnt to preference the awareness of others emotional needs for their survival, or have taken on accomodations such as fawning (commonly known as 'people pleasing') to get the basic care needs met as they grow. While this is something we are learning to manage, it's important to practice taking personal responsibility for our energetic hygiene and emotional boundaries.

My favourite reminder for this is the mantra:

What's mine is mine, What's yours is yours.

This is something that can be said quietly at the end of any practice, something I will be demonstrating and encouraging.

It is also important to use physical movement, stretching and other signals to encourage "stepping out of" anything you may have connected with while being a representative or a member of the circle. This practice of acknowledgement of opening and closing off practises is something I hope to teach throughout circles.

Your Commitment to your personal boundaries, energetic and emotional boundaries is your responsibility. To support your capacity to do this energy hygiene practices are offered in the below segments, in addition to through our our group work.

  • The final and golden rule of DREAM CLUB is...

RULE 5: THE DREAMER'S INTERPRETATION STANDS

This means the dreamer has the final say on their dream and is invited to find the meaning they find from the work we do together. This sacred tenet is the foundation of our inquiry and supports the spiritual growth and personal empowerment of each of us, in addition to building our own meaning and relationship with our soul and dreaming language.

Everyone's dream is a unique tapestry woven with threads of their personal experiences, emotions, and subconscious mind. By honouring the dreamer's interpretation, we respect their inner world and encourage a deeper connection with their true self.

As members of DREAM CLUB, we come together in a spirit of curiosity, compassion, and mutual support of our evolutionary growth and self actualisation. Here, we share our dreams and insights, offering reflections and perspectives without imposing our own interpretations. This collaborative approach fosters a rich environment where each dreamer can explore the depths of their dreams with the confidence that their inner voice is valued and revered.

In our circle, we use a variety of tools and techniques to delve into the symbolism and messages within our dreams. From guided meditations and creative visualisations to journaling and group constellation and group dream work approaches, we create a safe and nurturing space for self-exploration and discovery.

As we embark on this journey together, let us remember the power of dreams to illuminate our path, reveal hidden truths, and inspire transformative growth. May we all find wisdom, healing, and inspiration through the dream world, and may our shared experiences deepen our connection to ourselves and each other.

Welcome to DREAM CLUB, where every dream is a doorway to the soul, and every interpretation is a key to understanding our soul.
